4. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE APARTMENT?
All apartments are delivered with stove, oven, grease and smoke extractor fan, and air
conditioners. During the construction process we will give the option of furniture NOT
included in the price.
5. ESTIMATED COST OF THE FURNITURE PACKAGE.
We will be working on the design of the furniture package very soon. We will keep you
informed.
6. MAINTENANCE COST
The maintenance cost is around 2.5 - 3 USD/m2 approximate.
7. HOW MANY PARKING SPACES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
One parking space per apartment. There are additional parking spaces for visitors and
golf cart.

8. HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
500 meters.
9. CAN I RENT MY APARTMENT?
Gesproin Group offers an optional vacation management service; the owner is not
obligated to use our service.
10. STANDARD METHOD OF PAYMENT
The standard form of payment is the same for all projects (We can evaluate any other
proposal)

• 5,000 USD to reserve
• Upon signing the promise of sale contract, 25% must be completed (Max
30 days after reservation)
• 45% during construction (monthly, quarterly payments, etc.)
Final payment during construction July 2028
• 30% Upon delivery scheduled for June 2028 *These dates are subject to
